The City of Vaughan’s 36th annual award-winning Vaughan Celebrates Winterfest is back by popular demand\, and it’s going to be ‘snow’ much fun!  \nPresented by TD and event sponsor Tim Hortons\, this free event will take place on Saturday\, Feb. 7 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday\, Feb. 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Vellore Village Community Centre (1 Villa Royale Ave.). Be sure to dress for the weather! \nShuttle buses will be running on Saturday\, Feb. 7 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday\, Feb. 8 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Vaughan City Hall (2141 Major Mackenzie Dr.)\, Emily Carr Secondary School (4901 Rutherford Rd.) and the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Library (200 Apple Mill Rd.). Parking is also available at Fossil Hill Public School (2 Firenza Rd.) and St. Veronica Catholic Elementary School (171 Maria Antonia Rd.).
